In addition to bring leading practices to our customers, partners, and employees make the most of the Workday system.About the RoleJob DescriptionThe Time Tracking Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday solutions for our Financial Services, Insurance (FSI) and Professional Services (PS) customers and help establish and champion best practices for all deployments. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience with time tracking in the FSI or PS Industries. Key Areas of Responsibility:Become an expert in the Workday time tracking product suiteProvide FSI and PS industry perspective for customer business requirementsEnsure FSI and PS best practices are maintained to reflect new industry requirements and trendsPerform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solutionServe as a mentor for new time tracking ConsultantsEnsure the client takes advantage of Workday FSI and PS best practicesEnsure the client is referenceable once the client is in productionParticipate in update training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultantsAbout YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of functional implementation experience in time tracking software solutions or systems3+ years Consulting experienceOther QualificationsExperience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applicationsExperience with Professional Service Automation (PSA) software and/or project related time tracking experience a plusIndustry experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Professional ServicesBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experienceStrong background in Workday consulting is a plusAbility to build strong customer relationshipsExperience mentoring othersAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-trainingPassion for customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in communicating across internal teams and customers through executive leadershipResourceful and adaptable; you'll be comfortable working in a new role, using a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomyBusiness analysis and requirements gathering abilitiesAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeThis position can be remote. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
