Did you know that you could validate custom analog integrated circuits at Apple? We are looking to hire an inventive PMU Silicon Validation Engineer for the purpose of power management ICs. You can work with a team with dynamic strengths to push the limits of DC-DC converters. Partner with us to develop bucks, boosts, buck-boosts, charge pumps, chargers, or LDOs. Additionally, this role covers IC areas closely related to power converter IPs such as mixed signal circuits, switch-cap, filters, data converters, references, input-output circuits, and clock circuits just to name a few. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Solid fundamental EE knowledge with hands-on industry or university experience in building, testing, and debugging hardware designs. Comfortable working in a hardware lab with equipment including oscilloscopes, multi-meters, signal generators, and power supplies. Software skills in Python or other scripting languages or Labview. Ability to organize data and results with graphs and statistical analysis Description Description The PMU team is looking for qualified, motivated silicon validation engineers from a variety of skill levels. We are a fast-growing and highly diverse group, and you will work as part of a team doing post-silicon bring- up, debug, and validation of analog and power ICs that will drive the next generation of technology for Apple's mobile products. The PMU Silicon Validation Engineer must have a strong curiosity about continuing to develop their electrical engineering knowledge in the areas of analog circuits and power supply design. In this role, you will use all your hardware and software skills to work as part of a team doing bring-up and silicon validation for new power and analog IC designs. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $55.81 and $84.08/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
