Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Human Resources / Payroll working across multiple services such as Employee Relations, Policies, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits etc Proven focus on the employee experience and view each and every inquiry as an opportunity to care and support others Ability to navigate highly complex business needs without a clear defined path and where you see a need, develop solutions Attention to details and action oriented Able to create action plans and drive improvements Description Description The Benefit Administration Analyst will be working with internal and external partners to ensure proper closeout of employee cases. We’re looking for an individual who’s innovative, driven,
collaborative and trustworthy. Someone that maintains a calm, polite and personal demeanor
when communicating a sensitive or complicated message. Your responsibilities will include but aren't limited to: Administrating AMR leave integration, Review and analyze reports from
Sedgwick to determine necessary updates required in Workday and/or work directly with
Sedgwick to ensure records are updated in their records. Supplemental Leave Pay review – replace cancelled time off when approved leaves are entered into Workday by Sedgwick integration. Maintain accurate and acceptable files on each employee, following company policy and procedure. Maintain the employee relationship as it related to the processing of the employee payroll. This includes responding to questions and resolving payroll issues. Create methods to keep an eye on quality without missing key deadlines. Use data to tell a compelling story of successes and opportunities. Education & Experience Education & Experience Qualifications are generally met by someone who has a Bachelor’s degree and more than 3 years of related experience working in a complex organization.
