We seek a dynamic, highly motivated Services Marketing Manager with a subscription and consumer marketing background to join our Latin America Marketing team. You will drive product adoption, engagement, and customer retention focused on Apple Music. You'll ensure our marketing programs are implemented to the highest standards and with the maximum effect, focusing on Marketing and Business Partnerships, digital campaigns, and our owned channels as key drivers for growth. Fostering external and internal relationships is essential in this mission, partnering with internal cross functional peers, senior leadership and external partners. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Previous experience in building and championing Marketing and Business Partnerships focused on subscriptions. Deep understanding of digital and above-the-line marketing channels, including advertising, performance marketing, acquisition marketing, direct marketing, and social media. Relationships with the local Music industry, artists, and managers are highly appreciated. A born collaborator, with extraordinary social and relationship-building interpersonal skills, and ability to work with international peers across time zones. Extraordinary writing ability, visual story-telling, presentation skills, and attention to detail. Skilled in prioritizing multiple, complex, concurrent projects. Able to respond and adapt to the needs of a highly matrixed organization, and ensure that work is delivered to a high standard while adhering clearly to defined business and marketing objectives. Highly adaptive, able to identify issues and proactive problem solving critical to success. An agile self-starter, results oriented and able to deal with ambiguity. Passion for and understanding of the Apple brand and products. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Additional languages are a plus. Description Description Define clear marketing priorities based on business goals and build plans that influence internal partners. Implement Services Partnership deals and grow business relationships with existing partners to cultivate long-lasting collaboration. Work closely with our editorial, business, and marketing teams to build locally relevant campaigns around new releases and local moments. Manage media and creative agencies to deliver localized innovative and media plans. Manage digital media and performance marketing with an understanding of current tools, strategies, and trends. Use owned channels and activate the Apple ecosystem to build engagement. Remain hands-on with projects from beginning to end. Education & Experience Education & Experience BA/BS degree in a related field is a plus, but candidates from all education backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
