Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Technical background with knowledge of hardware and end-to-end technology development. Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-functional leadership skills. Driven, self-motivated, and proactive with proven creative thinking capabilities. Flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty, works well in a fast paced environment. New hardware / embedded firmware / test development experience System/Module experience preferred. Power Technology/Systems and Electrical Engineering background is a plus. Description Description Establish effective working relationships with key business partners. Help put together specification and validation plans and drive key design achievements from prototype through mass production builds. Identify project risks and drive mitigation plans. Help drive root cause analysis and ensure appropriate mitigations are in place and communicated. Clearly and accurately articulate risks and escalate when appropriate. Ensure inter-team and intra-team communications are efficient and effective. Proactive problem solver - identify and resolve gaps before they become issues. Drive component suppliers (in Asia) to deliver new coil module designs to engineering builds. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
