Job Requisition ID #23WD73857Position OverviewThe Sales Excellence Project Manager will be responsible for building, coordinating, and implementing project plans within scope. Reporting to the Director of Sales Excellence, this hybrid position offers opportunities for remote work. You will partner with the Global Operations to establish sustainable processes, ensuring the seamless integration of digital capabilities into the framework and processes of our sales organization.ResponsibilitiesHelp implement projects for our sales strategy, working with teams including Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Digital Experience teams to ensure digital capabilities are integrated into overall framework and processesAlign with teams to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, and timing for new projectsMonitor projects to ensure completion within defined schedule and scope. Prepare and distribute communications, presentations, and updates on the status of the projects to multiple audiences, including executive managementWork with other project managers to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across multiple projectsCoordinate communications across teamsRaise issues and conflicts as they arise; works with Program Management Lead to reduce conflicts and resolve issuesFoster open communications, transparency and trust with our sales Managers and teamsMinimum QualificationsA bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a related fieldWork with or within a sales organization5+ years relevant project management related experienceA Project Management Professional (PMP) certification#LI-SV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $104,900 and $169,620. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
