Job Requisition ID #23WD73862Position OverviewThe Autodesk Platform Services (APS) team is hiring a Product Manager for our Project Admin group. The APS team builds the services and infrastructure that our customers and developers use to extend the capabilities of Autodesk's design and make software. APS helps Autodesk customers to build functionality on top of our products that empowers them to solve important and complex workflows in their industries.In this role, you will work closely with passionate Autodesk teams to build a new project admin experience that will power up the Autodesk Design and Make platform. You will partner with experience designers, engineering managers, architects, and other Product Managers in the Project Admin group to determine the right thing to build for our customers. You will collaborate closely with with engineering teams prioritizing their backlog, providing business context, and setting the direction of the team.Location: Toronto, CanadaResponsibilitiesHelp develop and maintain a product roadmap for the domain you work inWork with Autodesk product teams and customers to understand pain points of the current project admin experiences, find commonality across them, and develop requirements for the new Project Admin experienceCreate product specifications / requirements / story maps / use cases to find alignment across all stakeholdersPartner with UX to shape viable experiencesPartner with data analysts to define success metrics for the domainManage backlog and prioritize development efforts, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and participate in testing to accept the storiesPrioritize user stories for sequential and focused team progress, balancing needs from stakeholders, customer pain points, and technology effortsProduce effective communications to stakeholders, communicating on deployment progress through regular product roadmap updatesEnsure transparency, agreement, and understanding of team focus and direction among extended team membersInfluence and participate where needed in go-to-market plans of important capabilities and featuresMinimum QualificationsAt least 4 years of product management experience preferably within SaaS softwareDemonstrated experience working in matrixed organizations, driving consensus amongst different stakeholdersAbility to adapt communication for different audiences (technical/non-technical, business stakeholders, customers)Experience using data and evidence to propose novel solutions and make product recommendationsExperience working in Agile environmentExperience with shipping technical software productsAbility to break down complex problems into user-focused solutionsGreat networking and persuasion abilitiesGreat project management skillsTechnical background in cloud platform products, and/or component and service deliveryExperience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partnersPrior experience as Product Owner#Li-KJ1#LIPOSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
