As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions to enhance the organization's efficiency, productivity, and overall user experience. Reporting to the End User Experience Lead, you will also work closely and partner with our virtual agent platform vendor in performing basic day-to-day administration and ongoing improvements of that platform.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and challenges.Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing systems, workflows, and data structures; and analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement.Elicit, document, and validate functional & technical requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application owners, developers, and testers, to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery of services.Create reports and dashboards to communicate end-user experience metrics to stakeholders.Develop and maintain knowledgebase articles, how-to guides, and other self-help materials for end users.Create and deliver training programs, presentations, and videos on IT services, software, and systems.Design and distribute user satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and make recommendations.Gather user feedback through focus groups, interviews, and monitoring support tickets.Manage End User Services projects to improve the quality of end-user service delivery and training offerings.Stay current on new tools and methods for gathering user feedback and improving end-user experience.Advocate for end-user needs in improving services, systems, and support processes.Assist in the integration, automation, or semi-automation of manual processes and repetitive tasks using scripting, workflow tools, and other automation technologies.Provide platform-specific technical support to users and stakeholders, as required.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, or Information Technology2+ years of experience in an end-user experience, advanced technical support, or related roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience using systematic approaches to process optimization and problem-solvingExperience with root cause analysis and data-driven decision-makingExperience with user research methods, data analysis tools, and report-writing softwareExperience with Alteryx DesignerBasic understanding of APIsBasic project management skillsBasic Agile methodology or other methodologies in support of a Continuous Delivery pipelineExcellent written and oral communication and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation:Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The salary range for this role in Southern California, Colorado, Washington, and Rhode Island is $79,500 - $105,400.The salary range for this role in New York City and Northern California is $86,800-$115,000.In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus and stock grants.
