Your potential is waiting; why are you?Genesys Job Title: PS Principal ConsultantDepartment & Team: NA Reporting & AnalyticsLocation: RemoteSummary:Professional Services (PS) Consultants are responsible for providing technical expertise for Genesys solution implementations, customer discovery sessions, solution architecture & approach, technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the customer and to other Genesys project members.Job Duties:Responsible for establishing Single & Multi-site technical architecture, customer discovery sessions, integrating multiple dissimilar environments, and implementing new leading edge cloud technology. Investigates complex technical issues and is expected to work with partnering personnel resolve complex issues.Manage Genesys and client to project timelines – ensuring dependencies are being met, and project will launch on schedule.Responsible to create courseware on various Genesys products, and/or 3rd party applications, and provide training to other Genesys consultants as needed.Provide troubleshooting and resolution for complex implementation issues within the project plan and strategy; Ability to prioritize issues effectively and meet tight deadlines when required.Ability to consult with new customer prospects in the sales process to provide technical direction for upcoming complex engagements.Manage multiple projects of varying size and technical complexity; Ability to focus on the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.Consultants may be required to provide input to courseware on various Genesys products, and/or 3rd party applications, and provide training to other Genesys consultants as needed.Minimum Requirements:5+ years technical, hands-on contact center software experience with focus on cloud technologies & solutionsProficiency in BI\Reporting applications such as PowerBI, Tableau, Micro Strategies, Elasticsearch, etc.API Integration experience and familiarityAWS, AZURE, other cloud software certifications and experienceSQL, Snowflake, Oracle, other database certifications and experiencePython development experience. Specifically around developing backend\front end reporting integrations for historical and real-time reporting purposesAble to understand technical documentation such as system architecture diagrams, rework instructions, acceptance, and test procedures.Able to understand and diagnose complex data structures.Desire to be a thought leader in a rapidly growing organization, providing not only ideas, but real, workable solutions that others can take and use to drive company growth#LI-RemoteCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
