Media Specialist for Office Print SegmentDescription -Description§Assist Marcom Seg Lead on developing marketing plans based on overall brand & product strategy, new product launch roadmap and sales seasonal focus.§Develop and execute media plans, strategies, and campaigns to promote the organization's brand and drive engagement.§Manage and coordinate media projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.§Collaborate with internal teams, such as EC , communications, Social and creative, to develop compelling media content tailored to the target audience.§Conduct market research and analysis to identify media trends and opportunities for growth.§Maintain relationships with media vendors, and ensure optimal pricing and placement for media purchases.§Monitor and analyze media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.§Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in media production, delivery, and distribution.§Ensure compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws and maintain proper documentation for media assets.§Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all media channels.§Provide guidance and support to team members on media-related projects and initiatives.§Stay current with technological advancements and implement innovative media strategies accordingly.Qualifications§Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.§5+ years of experience in advertising and proven experience as a Media Specialist or in a similar role.§In-depth knowledge of media production, delivery, and distribution methods across various platforms.§Dedicated team player with a positive attitude, fast learner, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills§Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.§Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.§Familiarity with social media platforms and their utilization in media campaigns.§Knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive media performance improvements.
