Leasing Operations ManagerDescription -As the Senior Manager of Leasing Operations for the region, this role involves overseeing and streamlining leasing activities within a specific geographic area. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader capable of navigating regional leasing laws and regulations, driving operational efficiency, and leading a regional leasing team to achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities:Key responsibilities include coordinating with the Leasing Process Owner team (responsible for Process Design) and multiple cross functional stakeholders at a senior level to gain buy in and collaboration as you build a Regional Leasing Operations team, implement efficient and harmonized global lease processes & implement a lease management system.Regional Leadership:Formulate and implement operational leasing strategies specific to the regional market.Coordinate with local and regional teams to ensure unified operations and standards.Operational Excellence:Manage the regional leasing process, encompassing the entire Lead to Cash leasing process for the RegionApply relevant metrics and industry best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of leasing operations within the region.Compliance and Regulations:Guarantee adherence to regional leasing laws, regulations, and standards.Keep abreast of regional market trends and regulatory changes impacting leasing operations.Team Development:Lead and develop a regional team of leasing professionals.Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and outstanding customer service.Financial Management:Cost Reduction: Implementing strategies to reduce operational costs, enhance profitability & drive a better Sales, Customer and Finance Partner experience.Oversee leasing performance metrics and utilize data for strategic regional decision-making.Prepare and manage the budget for the regional leasing operations department.Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as finance, legal, sales) to ensure leasing operations align with regional business objectives.Ensure process & tool related continuous feedback loops in place with the relevant leasing process design teamTechnology and Innovation:Ensure the technological solutions in the Region are optimised to improve leasing processes and customer experiences within the region.Encourage innovative practices in leasing operations to maintain competitiveness in the regional market.This role demands a dynamic and experienced individual who can navigate the complexities of the regional equipment finance market, while effectively leading a team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.In summary, the Senior Manager, Leasing Operations with a regional scope, plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving financial growth and innovation in the organization.
