Growth Business AnalystDescription -This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of multitasking, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills to help drive the growth workstreams effectively.Responsibilities:- Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the Sales team to track partner Onboarding and Final Sales Out, ensuring seamless processes and efficiency.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with Internal Stakeholders (Marketing, TM, Product) to ensure the timely delivery of defined objectives and outcomes.- Agency Coordination: Work closely with External Agencies to plan, budget, and execute various activities.- Strategic Partner Engagement: Engage with strategic Partners aligned with the Growth Workstreams.- Query Handling & resolution: Address queries from sales teams and partners regarding Expansion requirements promptly and effectively.- Financial Management: Manage Budgeting, PO coordination, and raise requests as required for Expansion initiatives.- Weekly Cadence: Drive and lead weekly meetings to track various workstream progress and ensure alignment with goals.- Data Management and Analysis: Collate, analyze, and present data to derive insights crucial for strategic decision-making.- ESF Management: Provide feedback, insights, and inputs at the Head Office level for Improvement Service Providers.- Training Alignment: Work with the Training team to align Partner and ESF training needs.- Service Optimization:Collaborate with the Service team to ensure seamless service delivery in Expansion cities and MFI Projects.- Program co-ordination: co-ordination and manage programs such as Assured Buy Back and Referral Programs specifically designed for Expansion Cities.- Escalation Management:Manage and address escalations effectively, ensuring resolution and improvement in processes.Are you a high performer?
