From on-prem to the cloud, companies can get the IT asset data needed to rightsize, reallocate spend, reduce risk and maximize ROI. The Competitive Intelligence Program Manager will be responsible for operational and strategic efforts related to markets and competition. That includes win/loss, competitive, and white space analysis for the global business. The candidate should have a background in marketing operations with both analytics and project management experience, including developing and managing timelines, setting deliverables, and analyzing metrics around program success.  The candidate should have excellent analytics and communication skills.  This role is an individual contributor role with strong cross-functional team leadership required. The Competitive Intelligence Program Manager will work very closely with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Product Management, Product Marketing and multiple stakeholders in Sales, Alliances and Management to spearhead major projects aligned to global business outcomes.   Responsibilities:  Global responsibility  Partner closely with product marketing, revenue operations, and marketing operations to ensure project execution, timelines, and deliverables. Drive the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on project progress for executive leadership.  Ability to conduct win-loss, competitive, Market, Research and Segmentation analysis to create business recommendations for strategy shifts. Detailed understanding and analysis of deals won vs loss and competitive players within each group.  Analysis of competitive penetration and marketing plays within our market share and white space.  Deep understanding of our install base and the dynamics in subsegments of the overall customer base. Defining and measuring metrics for competitive campaigns and benchmarking competitive performance Leadership and project management on competitive market activities and measurement of their success.  Required Skills & Experience:  Demonstrated success owning the analytics surrounding whitespace, competitive landscape, win / loss probabilities with a focus on Operations  Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investment  Demonstrated experience leading with influence and managing cross functional teams of stakeholders  Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the business including executive leadership  Experience in SaaS / Enterprise Software arena Experience with SFDC, PowerBI, Alteryx, strongly appreciated#LI-Remote#LI-DL1#MarketingFlexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.  Qualified applicants will be considered for open roles regardless of age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local/national laws, policies and/or regulations. Flexera understands the value that results from employing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.
