We ensure that our strategy and portfolio continually achieves customer value while accelerating the realization of Workday's growth and corporate strategy. We deliver data-driven insights to Workday's Chief Customer Officer and CX Leadership Team to define, align on, and implement our global CX strategy.About the RoleThe role works with the Senior Director of Portfolio & GTM to provide insights to influence CX strategy, address key CX challenges and identify opportunities to grow the business. You quickly identify needs and rapidly iterate thinking towards evidence-based recommendations. You will drive alignment and build partnerships with key stakeholders along the way. The Senior Strategy Analyst addresses business problems through a long-term lens with consideration of the immediate operational needs.Your scope of work may include discovering and documenting business requirements, developing strategies and models, identifying growth initiatives, and building a pipeline of opportunities for partnership across Workday. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
