Blue Yonder Job Title:Global Mobility SpecialistLocation:Dallas - this will be a remote role, but the candidate is required to live near DallasWhat you will do:Anticipate mobility needs and keep relevant business units appraised on upcoming changes and relevant issues.Attend internal calls as an immigration specialist to provide updates and information to business units and partners.Carry out administrative tasks relating to sponsorship and assignee management including assignee tracking, invoice review, document preparation and compilation of assignee data.Conduct various compliance activities including auditing, assignee tracking and due diligence reviews.Contribute to the development of global mobility polices, procedures, and programs.Develop training and education tools for partners and clients across assigned region.Maintain and grow immigration knowledge to keep up to date with current immigration issues.Maintain excellent understanding of immigration requirements in assigned region, with the support of the Global Mobility team and other available resources.Manage relationships with outside vendors and service providers.Partner with recruiting and HR to ensure effective on-boarding of sponsored new hires and internal international transfers.Partner with the Consulting Services team to understand current immigration requirements.Provide advice and guidance on entry strategies to assigned region/ countries that are in line with immigration regulations.Research and work with partners to understand requirements for countries outside of general travel scope.Responsible for organizing and maintaining global mobility assignments across assigned region.Serve as primary point of contact for assignees and managers.Work with administration functions such as payroll and global finance to ensure necessary internal processes are followed for smooth transitions.Work with global mobility team to ensure consistency across regions with policy and procedures.Partner with the various lines of business to understand current immigration requirementsAdministrative support as required to complete these tasks and assist with other Global Mobility team members.What we are looking for:2-3 years’ experience with business immigration matters including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3 and H-1B visas; PERM, I-140 petitions and I-485 applications; and various other visas.Experience with global immigration matters outside the US is a plus.Bachelor’s Degree preferredStrong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of US nonimmigrant and immigrant visasExperience responding to RFEs and PERM Audits and drafting job descriptions for PERM/Greencard processing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.*LI-EW1-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is between $60,500.00 USD to $83,225.00 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
