Head of Web and Design

    Sigma is hiring a Head of Web and Design who can bring hands-on expertise and excellence to our website and creative production. This role will own and drive the entire web and brand experience, working with product marketing and internal and external resources to deliver a web experience that represents the level of quality and excellence of Sigma Computing. This leader will need an excellent eye for design, hands-on web development capabilities, experience managing and building high-performing teams, and the ability to think strategically and act and make decisions in an autonomous way.  What you'll be doing:  Owning our web experience at sigmacomputing.com and turn it into even more of a demand gen asset. Manage and architect the web systems and resources to ensure rapid execution.  Manage creative and web production workflows in a way that maximizes throughput while not sacrificing quality.  Oversee brand creative strategy and ensure consistent adherence while elevating our presence to project the air of inevitability (no pressure). Collaborating with product marketing, the digital team, and field teams to produce killer online marketing campaigns.  Requirements Minimum of ten years of experience in tech managing and producing creative and web (not just design)  Strong auto-pilot and ability to function autonomously and make good decisions Track record of innovation Excellent ability to drive consensus and get to a "yes"  Ability to do failure mode analysis on projects to prevent delays and hiccups  Ability to deliver projects ahead of schedule and do things faster than expected on the regular  Additional Job details The base salary range for this position is $190k - $250k annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for stock options and a comprehensive benefits package. Note: The world around us is changing, but we at Sigma Computing are growing and scaling.
