WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategy Development: Craft and oversee the execution of a comprehensive content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all platforms.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and manage a dynamic content team, ensuring they are set up for success and growth within the organization.
Content Production: Understand and navigate the nuances of producing high-quality content, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and maximizing output.
Social Media Mastery: Deepen our brand's presence and engagement across all relevant social media platforms; remain updated with the latest trends, ensuring our strategies are always ahead of the curve.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor content performance analytics, providing actionable insights and refining the content strategy accordingly.
Collaboration: Partner with other departments (e.g. sales, product, customer service) to ensure content strategy aligns with overall company goals and customer needs.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
A minimum of 4 years in a senior content marketing role, with a proven track record of driving growth through content strategies.
Demonstrated deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proven experience in content production, understanding how to efficiently produce high-quality content with limited resources.
Strong leadership skills with a history of growing high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
For roles based in New York City, California, Colorado, and Washington, the base salary for this role ranges from $159,900 - $199,900 + equity + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation.
