ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a UI Designer at Enova, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experiences of our customers. Your work will span the entire design process, from understanding user needs to delivering polished designs that enhance our products and services. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying at the forefront of design trends, you will contribute to making a positive impact on how customers engage with Enova’s businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create prototypes ranging from wireframes to high-fidelity interactive mock-ups using design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
Maintain accessibility documentation, design systems, wireframe templates, and actively contribute to team processes.
Stay updated on UI design technologies and emerging trends to consistently implement the latest best practices.
Generate innovative ideas through ideation techniques to address user needs and select the most viable solutions.
Adapt and remain flexible to adjust to changing project priorities and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders, including legal, product, marketing, and others.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, etc., and familiarity with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Vue, Chromatic, Storybook, or similar technologies
Strong understanding of accessibility principles and experience in maintaining design systems
Up-to-date knowledge of UI design technologies, trends, and user-centered design principles
Ability to brainstorm and prioritize user-centric ideas and identify pain points through research
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to accommodate project changes, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and collaborate on defining business problem statements, requirements, KPIs, and success criteria while effectively using team and company project management software
