In Israel, we are building from scratch a new innovative product that is strategic to the company and to our customers. We leverage AI latest tech capabilities for the mission, stay very close to our customers and their needs, and move quickly, with a small startup mentality, while supporting each other through all circumstances.
How you'll make an impact:
Collaborate with our founding team, product/design, and customers to build our Trust Platform which will include a new, industry-changing product from grounds up.
Be part of planning and building a new strategic product, impacting it from the get-go both on the technical and the product aspects. We expect all our core team members to be excellent executors, while heavily involved in the roadmap and future thinking of the pro
Write amazing code as well as conduct code reviews, uphold best practices, and ensure high-quality code.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Entrepreneurial mindset - previous experience as an early joiner in a technology startup or evidence that you are scrappy with a "getting-it-done" attitude. You're endlessly curious, passionate about building from scratch, and thrive in a fast-paced startup. You understand the main focus for engineers at a product-led startup is delivering the right features at the right time.
Strategic architectural & engineering design thinking and vision of a SaaS product. The ability to understand the product & business context in order to make tradeoff decisions regarding work scoping, technical debt, and strategic investment. Knowing where to cut corners and where to excel.
7+ years of full-stack development experience.
Advanced mastery of web technologies like TypeScript, React (hooks), Node.js, ES6.
Advanced mastery of cloud & web knowledge and concepts such as cloud deployments and containers, and SaaS integrations.
Believe testing and code quality are important, and prioritize useful code review
Nice to haves:
Experience at a B2B SaaS product startup. Even better: product-led startup or a product in cybersecurity/compliance realm.
Experience with our modern web application tech stack - Next.js, Prisma, Google Cloud Platform, Apollo Server, Postgres, Cypress, Jest.
Experience leading engineering teams or technical leadership roles.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
