We’ve raised over $100mm of funding from Transformation Capital, TCV, and SignalFire.  What You’ll Be Doing:  We are looking for a Systems Administrator to help expand the IT department of Grow Therapy. This person will help onboard and offboard users, handle common IT requests, and work on larger-scale IT projects such as building out permission structures, disaster recovery, and IT workflow automation. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of sysads reporting directly to the Director of Engineering.  Your responsibilities will include:  Working with our People + Talent department to Onboard and Offboard employees, including streamlining the process through SAML integrations. Supporting our employees by triaging and servicing IT requests in accordance with our SLAs. Driving forward-looking IT projects that improve the systems, policies, and infrastructure of Grow Therapy. Partnering closely with team leadership to implement solutions and resolve issues in an environment that’s fast paced and ever changing. Salary range:  $73k -$100k You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:  2+ years of experience working in IT systems Implemented and managed SSO and SCIM integrations Worked with and maintained permission and access structures Worked with MDM platforms such as Addigy and Intune Experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft Active Directory Experience troubleshooting common issues and working with end users A desire to work on a variety of creative projects to improve IT systems If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply.
