Peer Reviewer (Contract)

We’ve raised over $100mm of funding from Transformation Capital, TCV, and SignalFire.  What You’ll Be Doing:  Do you have experience completing quality chart reviews or audits for therapists?  Are you the go-to clinician at your organization when documentation peer reviews need to take place? Or perhaps you have trained others on how to document to meet commercial insurance regulations. Grow Therapy is looking for contracted clinical peer reviewers. This contract could be up to 12 weeks, with a minimum of 15 hours/week.  In this role you'll:  Complete clinical reviews of electronic chart documentation from outpatient psychotherapy visits using a standardized peer review tool to ensure notes meet minimum documentation requirements for the service billed Work from home on your own time while meeting productivity standards for the assigned tasks Hourly pay (set rate): $45/hour You’ll Be a Good Fit If: You have strong expertise documenting medical necessity in outpatient behavioral health and writing treatment plans  Ideal candidate has at least 1 year experience in quality improvement or peer review  Must hold an active Master’s level clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC/LPC) in any state  You are able to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours/week from approximately December-March If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply.
