The Program Manager, Customer Enablement is responsible for the learning solutions at the center of AgentSync’s suite of products for customers. Our goal is for our customers to reach their professional goals with the help of AgentSync.  The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Customer Enablement team is successful in delivering learning solutions for our customers. This role will be integral in delivering and measuring the impact of our learning programs and customer engagement efforts to the overall customer experience.  What you’ll do:  Design and develop creative, customer-centric learning solutions such as training programs, learning labs, and micro-learning modules across multiple modalities Manage customer communications sent on behalf of the CS department, including but not limited to, downtime notifications, new releases, newsletter or automated drip campaigns, and other key customer-facing announcements  Serve as the liaison between the Customer Enablement Team and AgentSync’s Customer Success Managers - communicating key learning initiatives and product updates on new releases  Create and execute a plan on auditing learning assets.  Your experience:  5+ years of experience in the area of customer education, instructional design, customer success, or customer experience Experience in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
