The EMEIA Digital team develops programs and strategies that enable businesses to transform the way people work. To realise this goal, we build relationships, develop partner capabilities and programs—at all levels from tactical to strategic. As the EMEIA Digital Insights Analyst, you will develop and deliver best in class actionable digital insights, answering key business questions via effective and empowering data storytelling. You will join a passionate team responsible for Digital Channel strategy across CX, Marketing, Data for all routes to market. Description Description The successful candidate in this role will:
· Extract and integrate digital data, conducting advanced analysis, to discover new opportunities, optimising business strategies and driving informed decision-making
· Find opportunities at the intersection of multi-data sources to help shape marketing, sales and CX strategies, with the goal of improving overall business performance
· Gather & organise data from multiple sources, employing advanced analysis techniques to surface trends, patterns and new market opportunities
· Proactively identify improvements in digital performance (marketing, CX, sales, customers, competitors, markets etc) understanding drivers & detractors to sales growth and making recommendation to drive improvements
· Collaborate with key stakeholders, providing data driven and actionable digital insights and supporting their initiatives, strategies and plans
· Support the development of internal tools based on requirements, always factoring in automation, machine learning and data QA
· Prepare and present reports, dashboards and visualisation to communicate findings to the broader organisation and senior stakeholders
· Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamic and landscape to highlight opportunities/threats and areas for differentiation/competitive advantage Education & Experience Education & Experience · 5+ years experience working in a large agency, digital and/or management consultancy, or company focused on digital insights and analytics
· High proficiency with digital data analytics platforms and BI tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx) with familiarity on digital channels, strategies and KPIs
· Experience with different data sources (e.g. Similarweb, SEM Rush, Brightedge, Google Ads, GWI, Brandwatch, Synthesio, Social Channel Analytics etc.)
· Deep expertise in statistical analysis techniques and methodologies, working with SQL, Python R or other data science languages. Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics is a bonus
