The AIML University team is looking for a Technical Learning Manager with a passion for training and development with a solid ability to lead, manage, and drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced engineering environment. You will lead a team that’s responsible for developing and growing machine learning education for Apple employees. You will set learning strategy and lead the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions for employees in a variety of technical roles.

Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 3+ years of experience designing learning strategy that aligns with technical business needs such as software release, new product launch, or applied research Experience developing and facilitating technical learning programs such as courses, case studies, and tutorials for machine learning, software engineering, or other technical areas 3+ years of experience managing a diverse, high-performing team responsible for ongoing and evolving deliverables Shown success consulting with senior leaders and partners and synthesizing needs into program plans Excel at program management—setting goals, developing project plans, managing delivery, mitigating risks, measuring outcomes, and reporting on impact. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $281,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
