The team’s mission is to deliver winning partner engagements focused on time, scale and route to market, aligned to our operational goals and core values.About the RoleAbout the RoleThis incredible opportunity is to lead joint business development with our Partners in the Region, aligned to the Workday sales organization.The Partner Sales Executive is responsible for developing the Workday pipeline across all Partners within the region. They will work across multiple functions, including (but not limited to) sales, services, marketing, pre-sales, value management and industry.This role requires strong sales experience, leading campaigns and sales plays, GTM and industry expertise, executive presence and strong communication and organizational skills.About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in Partner Alliances with an ERP software organization.3+ years of professional experience in Business Development, Software/Services Sales, and/or Channel Management in the software technology industryMust be able to commit to in office time. Candidates must be within a reasonable, commutable distance from any Workday office in the United States.Other QualificationsSales experience in the region, direct and indirect, in the space of HCM and/or ERP and business applications, working across enterprise and mid-market segments.Demonstrable results in working across matrixed organizations, with complex team-based sales environments, and able to influence sales organizations and partner GTM motions.Cloud Technology, Data, Analytics, API, and platform experience and understanding.Proven experience in delivering strong results in pipeline generation and bookings.Industry experience, especially in Financial Services, Government, Education, Professional Services, Healthcare, Tech, and Retail.Understanding of Channel GTM motions, including selling through/to channel partners, co-selling/re-selling.Experience in public market facing activities.Location: US Workday office with ability to travel within the countryModerate Travel: 25-35%Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
