Join us and help change the way people think about technology.Your Day to DayAs an Account Executive, Strategic, you would be working on:Solving IT Support Challenges -- You will be selling our IT Support Group suite of products (LogMeIn Rescue, Central, GoTo Resolve) to Large Enterprise support teams. You will lead the sales process from prospecting to close, identifying customer challenges in discovery and making strong technical recommendations as solutions. Prospecting -- Research, create, develop targeted prospect lists. Execute marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and conversions. Work on centralized outbound campaigns in partnership with Marketing, the vertical team, MSP program, and Partners.Collaboration- Teaming with counterparts in customer success, renewals, partner relationships, and solutions consulting to develop account plans.Growth -- Share, learn, collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies, improve execution, and ideas that drive business results and career progression.What We’re Looking ForAs an Account Executive, Strategic, your background will look like: Experience selling to IT buyers, helpdesk leaders, and/or customer support leaders is required. Experience selling remote support software is preferred.Professional experience requiring determination, grit, and resilience 3-5 years of experience growing existing customers of a large enterprise saleCoachable, naturally curious, and intrinsically motivated. Highly organized with excellent time management skillsBusiness acumen and technical aptitude.
