Your potential is waiting; why are you?As the Product Manager of Platform Consumption, you will be responsible for Genesys Cloud’s platform license, entitlements, and usage tracking product strategy and roadmaps; including defining, designing, delivering, and scaling the products that we develop. You will work closely with our customers and other Genesys functions supporting our platform consumption initiatives within Genesys Cloud helping to define the strategy and the key set of product requirements that will help us drive customer value and adoption.ResponsibilitiesThe product manager of platform consumption will be responsible and accountable for building out platform capabilities for the tracking, calculation, and reporting of customer platform usage both within the Genesys Cloud application for users and to the back office for billing purposes.Work closely with the executive team to implement the company's product strategy, incorporating technology in innovative and effective ways to ensure the product portfolio aligns with the company's overall strategy and vision.You will help define the overall product vision, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.Mentor junior PMs on their development, ensuring the process is following best practices and products are built to the highest standards.Define and track key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the success of our subscription activation and accuracy; and make thoughtful business decisions to optimize our product experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, IT, marketing, alliances, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on product priorities and successful product launches.Collaborate with Product Marketing on market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product innovation.Collaborate with Pricing on competitive analysis to identify our greatest avenues for differentiation, pricing and usage strategies, and unique value drivers for customers.Represent the company and product portfolio to external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry analystsMinimum Qualifications6+ years’ experience within Product Management with proven business successExtensive experience with SaaS usage consumption, enterprise billing systems, billing process automation, and building applications for the cloudSome experience preferred with enterprise Quote-to-Cash finance processes, product catalog management, CRM, ERP, and contract lifecycle managementProven experience of defining and utilizing KPIs and metrics to improve system performance and customer experiencesExperience within the Customer Experience and/or Contact Center industry is preferred.Ability to drive transformation, growth, and manage through changeExperience in collaboratively working with fast growth development organizations that engage in Agile development methods.Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence executives and cross-functional teams across a matrix style organization to achieve company - product, engineering, UX, sales, partners, customer success, legal, HR, finance, marketing.Thought leader and a confident decision-makerExperience delivering enterprise products at scale and managing product solutions with multiple stakeholders, leading either product or product and engineering functions.Excellent customer focus and a deep commitment to delivering products that create customer value and delightful experiences.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields, Advanced degree preferred#LI-CE1 #LI-Onsite #LI-Remote Hungary #LI-Hybrid If a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
