Transformational Services Program ManagerDescription -What a Transformational Services Program Manager does at HP?Lead or participate in worldwide projects/ transformations that drive efficiency or effectiveness results for the organization, including capabilities introduction, process and operational model changes.As a PMO Transformational Services for High Critical Programs, you will be part of a global organization, working on core digital transformation initiatives, related to new eCommerce features and technologies, new business process re-engineering and new business models implementations.You will have an opportunity to interact with various regional and worldwide organizations, as well as present opportunities and demonstrated improvements to different management stakeholders. Coordinate resources, timelines and scope to attain project targets.Track and report project/ program metrics at worldwide, regional and account level.Drive complex data analysis/ data mining techniques to analyze solutions and results.Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Supply Chain and other teams to drive project results.Identify process and capabilities gaps relative to the opportunity gap and partner with business & IT to funnel them.Individual who does well in this role in HP, usually possess:Typically 6-10 years of related experience in business/ IT operations or planning areas.Strong consensus-building and influencing skills. Must work well with team environment.Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and achieve results, meeting deliverables on time and at the required quality.Drive for results through creativity and innovation.Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation), including executive-level presentations.Ability to work in a fast-moving working environment with strict deadlines and constraints.
