We have a strong value proposition in our Print and PS services business today and we continue to leverage learnings from across the portfolio to drive growth of the existing business across Print and PS and bring new services to market.The Consumer Subscriptions team is seeking a Consumer Services Category Manager to execute plans to meet and exceed our growth targets for Print and PS Services in NA. NA is our largest market and is home to some of the most strategic partners worldwide. The ideal candidate will have in-depth of Channel and Category GTM experience and will be able to navigate a market of this scale and scope. In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities that will drive market and account specific actions that deliver on transactional and subscription, revenue, and operating plan metrics. You will participate in the Gameplan process with the NA market and ensure the voice of our customers and market are represented as we work with key leaders and stakeholders in the business to set priorities and shape our strategy. This role requires an understanding of the market landscape and HP’s Consumer Services portfolio to manage existing Carepack business, execute growth plans, and drive adoption of new services in the market. You will contribute to the development of innovative ideas and provide highly innovative solutions that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. Excellent communication skills to interact and influence key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Category, GBU, and Channels COE are a must to be successful in this dynamic and exciting role. ResponsibilitiesManage HP’s existing Carepack business across Print and PS while evolving and scaling that business as we growth the digital piece of our services portfolio.Demonstrate mastery of the Print and PC services category, business management and sales challenges and strategies.Execute short and mid-term plans to achieve market growth, revenue and operating profit goals including account specific growth plans for strategic partners, actively leading definition of NA Market business plans.Develop collaborative and productive relationships and represents the team with key NA stakeholders; leads overall engagement with the NA market and sales teams.Develops strategy in collaboration with Market sales teams and leadership along with other key category stakeholders to positioning HP to grow the business.Education and Experience RequiredUniversity or bachelor’s degree, advanced degree or MBA preferred.Typically 12+ years of professional services experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Development experienced preferred.Demonstrated successful Management or Team leadership experience.Knowledge and SkillsServices and Solutions industry knowledgeStrong financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable managing complex business planning and reporting,.Demonstrated Leadership ability and cross-functional expertise.Strong communication and negotiation skills across a variety of HP Internal and External audiencesStrong team player.Experience with Retail & Online business models and executionUnderstanding of HP GTM and the role the channel plays in HP's success.Working knowledge of Consumer GTM, Channels and Subscriptions business modelKnowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.ComplexityPrint and PS Solution selling with high complexity across multiple product linesDrives standardization and effectiveness at the Country and/or Regional level.Other:A can do attitude is required with a GROWTH MINDSETHP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:•Dental insurance•Disability insurance•Employee assistance program•Flexible schedule•Flexible spending account•Health insurance•Life insuranceOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role across the U.S. is $139,100.00 -- $214,200.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
