WQCS Entitlement Operations SpecialistDescription -Manages all warranty and entitlement related queries and ensures they are processed in the agreed timeline, and acts as a level 1 support for related tools.Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.Responsibilities: Provides guidance for well-known issues/errors, and related workaroundsProvides primary triage of all issues received, including prioritization, assessment, and escalationDrives escalation resolution for areas of subject matter expertiseCreate and generate dashboards and operational reports for internal and external purposesOwns engagement and management of business requests for changes to the environmentPerforms KPI reporting and analyticsConducts research and data analysis for assigned projectsResponsible for quality testing, analysis and troubleshootingResponsible for process improvement projectsEducation and Experience Required: First level university degree with recommended focus in business or finance.Typically 0-2 years of experience in a related field.Experience in any of the following: Customer Operations, Services and Support, Supply Chain.Knowledge and Skills: Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.Intermediate knowledge of internal processes and policies.Developed understanding of local legal compliance issues.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good teamwork skills.Intermediate time management skills.Developing project management skills.Developing mentoring and coaching skills.Job -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (India)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
