We are looking for a Lead, of Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our Central IT Identity and Access management team. This is an amazing opportunity to provide guidance and drive the strategy and execution of Identity and Access management activities across the enterprise with a focus on Access Management activities e.g. provisioning, decommissioning, access reviews and integration. The lead will work across cross-functional Development, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Business and Operations teams to develop, deploy, and administer IAM capabilities.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments University or College education in Computer Science.5+ years of relevant IAM technical management experience5+ years of experience with Identity Management solutions such as CA IDM, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.Experience with troubleshooting issues with Identity Management solutions and with defining secure and hardened information technology solutions including IAM services.An innovative technical mindset with a focus on architecture, strategy, design and solution.Technical knowledge of and experience with the belowWindows, Unix, Linux,OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIMAWS IAM, Azure AD, OktaITIL Foundation level or similar is required.It would be great if you also had . . . Experience in an identity solution design and architecture roleExperience with Privileged Account Management solutions such as CyberArk, Azure, etc.Experience in enterprise directory architecture and design including significant knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements and drive solution design and architecture.Ability to drive complex global programs across teams.Ability to flex and adapt to change due to changes in direction from business or other factors.Ability to understand the integration points across IAM and come up with a solution.What will you be doing in this role? Drive technical solutions and architecture for IAM products/services and responsible for supporting highly scalable Identity, authentication, Directory, privileged access, Federation and Single Sign On solutions.Work closely with design and implementation engineers across teams and come up with appropriate solutions.Partner with application, technology, and security teams across Clarivate to provide technical expertise, design guidance and drive solutions following best practices.Catalogue risk embedded in legacy implementations and help define the path to industry-leading secure designs and services.Create and deliver effective presentations that inform Clarivate Leadership teams to ultimately drive business-relevant decisions and Participate in the solution design/architecture for complex IAM solutions.Gather requirements and guide/recommend the right integration pattern for applications needing services, taking into consideration the impact on the environment and standards.Drive technical integrations across IAM and validate the right architecture/design is implemented in enabling the business to partner across appropriate architects and leads.Specify guidelines and supporting processes for integration, administration, and maintenance.Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation, or requirements for associated projects and create and maintain documentation for appropriate IAM related activities and metric reporting.About the Team Central Support function with team members based in different cities across India. The team consists of 13 Members and is reporting to the Senior Manager, Access Management.
