This means we have to move quickly and efficiently transition clients from a signed agreement to live on the platform. Implementation is a fast-paced, technical environment that requires clear and effective communication with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. We are looking for a driven leader to oversee the team of Implementation Specialists - someone who is excited to dive deep into our product and the day to day work of Implementation at EliseAI. Reporting to the Director of Implementation and Support, you will be responsible for the strategy and the success of the Implementation team.  By working in close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, you will enable the Implementation team to seamlessly move clients through the series of steps needed to get their buildings online and their staff trained on how to work with their new virtual leasing assistant. Responsibilities Think creatively about how we can improve the Implementation process to have the best possible experience for our clients - suggest and implement process improvements that significantly reduce the time EliseAI spends implementing and supporting new clients Regularly review team goals and metrics, ensuring a high performance culture on the team Recruit, retain, and lead a team of Implementation specialists, with a focus on feedback and personal development   Work with your team to set and manage client expectations about the implementation process, timelines, key events and deliverables such that implementation is fast, efficient and happens on schedule  Be accountable for client outcomes - proactively monitor adoption, usage habits, vendor integration success, and product configurations Drive the adoption of new customer onboarding workflows to enhance operational scalability. Work with the product team to develop internal tools for onboarding and monitoring new product launches. About you We’re looking for someone who is/has... 2+ years of experience managing an implementation team in a high growth SaaS environment Capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the C-suite A hands on leader who is excited about managing with a technical team, but also working directly with clients to help them realize the value of EliseAI    Committed to learning how our complex systems work and how key changes impact the end-user experience Constantly trying new things to find better, faster and more efficient ways of doing things - ensuring we have a best in class onboarding experience for our customers A sharp prioritizer who knows what to do and when to do it to maximize results without a ton of oversight Resilient in the face of challenges and see problems as opportunities.  A Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to drive success in the Implementation functions Technical understanding and/or hands-on experience with Postman, APIs, and SQL querying is preferred Willing to work in person at NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week Nice to haves include Experience in multifamily real estate Experience in B2B SaaS businesses Why join Growth and impact. Compensation: We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. In addition to the salary range listed, this role may be eligible for additional compensation including equity. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000.
