We’re hiring, and we’d love for you to join our dynamic team!   As our Senior Product Analytics Manager at The RealReal, you are an innovative data leader who is a crucial interface between the Analytics team and Technology team. On one hand, you thoroughly understand the needs of the Analytics team and are able to predict future requirements. On the other hand, you partner with both Product and Engineering teams and leaders to provide fact-based measurement and insights. Your goal is to provide capability and deep understanding of performance measurement and success for our Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and make impact through technology.   What You Get To Do Every Day Identify and vet data sources for analytics to consume on product insights Help design and implement product experimentation, and own the test reading and analytics Provide key product health measurement and reporting to support the business on a daily basis Communicate product insights to business partner teams and leadership Participate in new product development by providing opportunity sizing and other analytics support Support ad-hoc analytics regarding our eCommerce site and application products Partner with other internal analytics teams to have a streamlined and consolidated analytics roadmap What You Bring To The Role 5-10+ years of online product analytics experience; eCommerce industry experience highly preferred Expert in SQL 3+ years of experience with BI tools such as microstrategy, tableau, looker etc.  Expert in translating between practical problems and technical formulations and solutions Proven ability to design and lead time-sensitive strategic projects involving methodology development, analysis, strategic recommendations, and presentation of the findings Experience with clickstream data highly preferred Proven track record of thriving with ambiguity Experience with statistical analysis and modeling, e.g. significance testing, regression analysis, etc   The expected salary range for this role is $151,195.00 - $198,941.00 . To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
