The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to shepherd projects from design, build, and Go-To-Market launches. This highly visible position will be managing some of our most profitable products. This position sits on the Program Management Office team, a team that manages cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how software is developed, SaaS products, cloud technology, and Agile Scrum and Kanban process with amazing project management skills.
What You'll Do
Work with product managers and executives to prioritize projects across the organization based on company goals and objectives.
Manage the delivery of projects through the full lifecycle from design to in market launch.
Exhibit a solid understanding of the application of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, including requirements definition, UI/UX design, architectural design, stakeholder feedback, development, and deployment.
Resolve blockers across the organization to facilitate successful delivery.
Lead a cross-functional team in a matrixed organization for successful, on-time delivery.
Think out-of-the-box in optimizing delivery practices, resources, and key performance factors to ensure successful delivery.
Work with line managers in optimizing team and individual efficiency and performance.
Act as point person for escalation and prioritization of team’s work.
Demonstrate ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Possess expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and iterative project management methodologies.
Who You Are
At least 3 years of experience in Technical Project Management
Experience managing and supporting software development teams
Good understanding of cloud technologies and experience with building of SaaS products
Experience with Go-To-Market planning and management
Experience with shepherding products through Alpha and Beta phases
Experience with Jira
Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to emergent requirements and changing priorities
Bachelor’s degree ideally in a technical field
PMI and CSM certifications desired
Eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, ever-changing, dynamic environment
Comfortable with change

The typical base salary range for this position is $130K-150K per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
