Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Experienced in data science, machine learning, large language models, natural language query, explainable AI, and anomaly detection techniques Passionate about drawing insights and hidden patterns from data Meticulous attention to detail, data integrity, and data wrangling Skilled in Python or R for data science, and SQL for querying data Highly proficient in Tableau or similar BI tools Ability to articulate complex data science concepts in business terms, know how to tell a story to highlight key insights, and present analysis effectively to key stakeholders High intellectual curiosity to learn and understand business needs Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional partners to share knowledge, communicate findings, and integrate feedbacks Description Description The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, proven data science and advanced analytics capabilities, strong business acumen, and an innate drive to deliver results. They will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop machine learning and language models to deliver proactive Supply Chain insights • Evaluate new technologies and techniques on machine learning and language models • Apply data science to supply chain workflows through in-depth conversations with business teams • Present key findings and insights to leadership, able to convey impact in non-technical terms Education & Experience Education & Experience MS degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields. Additional Requirements Additional Requirements 5+ years of experience building machine learning models Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
