There has never been a more exciting time to join us!What you will be doing:Define product goals & metrics for enabling autonomous parking features in ChinaOutline the strategy/roadmap to achieve these goals, and lead its execution to completion by driving alignment across teamsCoordinate the development & testing activities required to iterate on and launch the productTriage incoming issues, prioritize the most critical activities required for the product's success, and work with the relevant engineering teams to ensure they are completedMaintain a pulse on the overall health of the workstream, representing its progress to the broader team and proactively mitigating/communicating risks as early as possibleWhat we need to see:Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, with 12+ years of experience in a similar or related roleExperience working in a software development environmentTrack record of leading the launch of new products or features to usersStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizationsWays to stand out from the crowd:Knowledge of autonomous vehicles and/or machine learningExperience with data analysis tools/languages such as SQLWorked on start-ups and/or early-stage productsIf you're passionate about autonomous vehicles, we would love to hear from you!
