Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Loop

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who will be a key member of the Data Operations team which focuses on driving scale, improving efficiency, and maximizing productivity for the data-driven development of Autonomous Vehicles (AV) software. The ideal candidate has the ability to understand the technical details across a broad range of datasets for deep learning algorithms, and is highly analytical, strategic and creative. There has never been a more exciting time to join us!What You Will Be Doing:Collaborate with engineering teams to define and evolve data requirements and roadmapDrill down data requirement into executable details and provide guidance on data collection, data mining and/or labeling to maximize the throughput of data deliveryResponsible for delivering high quality data that meets requirement and program timeline, troubleshoot problems throughout the data loopMaintain a tight feedback loop with data customers, ensure clear understanding/communication of data consumption feedback, refine priorities and planningContinuously assess opportunities to accelerate data loop, propose automation solutions and execute on themWhat We Need To See:BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field and/or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in technical product management, system engineering or related fieldExperience with machine learning/algorithms developmentExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsCurious and passionate about innovationConsistent track record to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring order to ambiguous situationsFluent English communicationWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience with autonomous vehicles domain, L2/L3 developmentExperience in a startup environment
