You will work closely with the regional Sales, Presales, partner channel and Marketing to drive new business and address the adoption of Genesys solutions raised throughout the sales process.The Solution Consultant / Senior Solution Consultant works in a consultative role to identify and qualify customer requirements and map them to Genesys software, services, and consulting offerings delivering a holistic solution.
