You will drive business-focused solution discoveries with customers, identifying and qualifying customer expected business outcomes and mapping them to Genesys offerings and a roadmap to achieve the “first time value”.You will be responsible for growing our business in Japan and using your technical skills to demonstrate the value and defining the impact a customer can realize with Genesys solution offerings. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers in their transformational journey, educating and inspiring them to the Genesys vision.
