Internal Orders Program ManagerDescription -DescriptionResponsible of leading various projects focusing in streamlining the Internal Order processes in order to improve the stakeholder experience including products for employee internal productivity as well as products for demos/give aways and other Sales related purposes. The diverse projects will have emphasis on the Ariba interface but will also partner with Supply Chain to better align on the back-end fulfillment process. Other projects will include the Poly post-implementation process improvement.Responsibilities: Internal Orders process owner responsible of process mapping including Ariba interface, approval process, technology linkages and the fulfilment process.Monitors and analyzes Internal Orders key metrics in order to drive process efficiencies and improve the customer experience. This includes working with the analytical team to implement automated reporting solutions.Owner of Internal Orders process pages and communications directed to HP employees.Leads complex projects to develop solutions and maintain and enhance current business processes. This includes projects associated to streamlining the Internal Order processes having emphasis on the Ariba interface but will also partner with Supply Chain to better align on the back-end fulfillment process. Other projects will include the Poly post-implementation process improvement and any future company integrations.Navigates the Supply Chain organization and influences operational teams to ensure process alignment and order fulfilment.Provides broad-level analytic and innovative solutions to achieve and maintain world class industry ratings.Develops and executes broad, horizontal strategic plans, initiatives, and proposals, collaborating with and influencing HP businesses, geographies, and partners.Coordinates global and regional experts to deliver strategies.Reports status on projects progress at an executive level.Provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level contributors.Education and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.Typically 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain function.Global procurement experience required.Experiences reflect ability to work in different programs and work in different products.Knowledge and Skills: Mastery in English and local language.Advanced understanding of procurement and/or Supply Chain processes.Advanced analytical and technical aptitude.Strong business application skills.Advanced communication skills.Advanced understanding of corporate compliance.Advanced project management skills and leadership.Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Job -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -First Shift (Mexico)Travel -25%Relocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
