The enterprise software business has changed dramatically over the past 10 years and Workday is at the forefront of that change.About the RoleThe role of Marketing Manager, Office of CHRO, will be responsible for driving net new pipeline, supporting deal acceleration, driving cross-sell and upsell programs and showcasing ongoing customer success.  The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated success as a senior marketing manager.This role will combine strategic planning with hands-on program creation and is a perfect opportunity for a talented, experienced marketing professional who is looking to grow.Specific Responsibilities include:Key responsibilities will include collaboration with global teams to weave together multiple marketing disciplines that speak to our prospects' needs, are brand consistent, and drive qualified leads through the pipeline. Other specific responsibilities include:The development and implementation of an marketing campaigns / demand generations (this also includes coordination with APAC and Global Teams)Integrated  inbound and outbound programs and events, ensuring they are localized for ANZCoordination with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure alignment to current pipeline needsCoordination of various external and internal teams working on the campaigns & eventsWorking with the inside sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow upWorking knowledge of various marketing systems including Salesforce.com, Marketo, DemandBase, Integrate and Tableau.Monitoring and communication of progress toward quarterly and yearly goals, and making adjustments where needed to stay on target to meet company goalsCommunication of key campaigns and assets to internal constituents including product marketing, sales teams, and 3rd partiesAbout YouResults-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals.ExperienceAt least 10 years B2B Marketing Enterprise Software experience preferred in Australian and New Zealand marketExperience building, driving and executing strategy in ANZExperience in building solid peer relationships in order to influence key stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field Attention to detailProven Executive Stakeholder engagementExceptional written and verbal communications skillsMust be hands on, enthusiastic, and a well-organized self-starter able to use initiative and adapt to changeStrong organization and communication skillsExperience working within a SaaS company is highly desirableExperience working in a pan-APJ role is highly desirableOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
