Develops site, standards and compliance knowledge. Learns to use professional concepts to resolve routine entry issues within a limited scope. Receives detailed instructions on all work.ResponsibilitiesSupport compliance manager in ISO 27001:2013, SSAE16, TVRA, Business Recovery and other external accreditation assessments and auditsProvide services to customers including but not limited to handling customer enquiries, customer questionnaires, customer audits and follow upAssist in implementing policies and procedures in compliance with Global or AP directives, local laws and regulations, and industrial standardsPrepare compliance documents and regular reportsAssist in managing document database and knowledge management databaseIdentify associated risks and exposures and provide constructive recommendations to management for improvement and risk mitigationPromote compliance awarenessPerform any other ad hoc tasks assignedQualificationsUniversity graduate in Information Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Electronic EngineeringA minimum of 2 years of experience in operations compliance, operations risk assessment and auditingWork experience in ISO27001:2013, SSAE16, PCI-DSS, ITIL and/or COBIT 5 standardsCertificate Holder of ISO Auditor / CISA / CISM / CISSP is highly preferredExcellent organization, communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent presentation skills and fluent in English, Cantonese and PutonghuaExcellent command of written EnglishKnowledge in data center operations or physical security practices is an advantageEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
