Workfront System ArchitectDescription -Designs, analyzes, programs, debugs, troubleshoots, and modifies software applications for enhancements and new products. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects combining knowledge and disciplines of all aspects of a computing system (e.g., program stack, memory management, cpu, i/o, and networking utilization, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation) and develops and/or maintains advanced knowledge of computing system integration and makes recommendations or decisions on software and hardware configurations and developments.Responsibilities• Leads the preparation and creation of instructional technical manuscripts for Workfront and integration into HP DAM Owns the solution design and translate stakeholder’s requirements into technical tracksDefines, design, develop and execute system architecture solutions and documents for Workfront and Marketing Automation implementations Define data infrastructure and configurations for Workfront, and other marketing related platforms Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams for projects of worldwide impact and high complexity and risk. Develop and maintain System Architecture and interface documents related to MarketingSupport cross-functional initiatives by designing data architecture, technical interlinkages, and downstream impact analyses Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes that can be integrated with WorkfrontSupport system integration activities in the teamIdentifies and evaluates risks and participates in mitigation and control activities.Define, build, and maintain technical diagrams for lead flow, interactions flow, contact flow, privacy compliance flowDefine the functional and technical architecture of the Workfront and other marketing ecosystem in accordance with the criteria of performance, cost, quality andConduct failure and risk analyses for implementation and for the entire marketing Ecosystem, including all current and future integrationsMaintain the System Architecture process: needs and requirements management, operational architecture, functional architecture, technical architecture, collaborative architecture, system modellingFocus on large system architecture and software solutions with significant business impact, that crosses multiple teams, for the Marketing Automation Ecosystem Work closely with stakeholders (i.e., Program Manager, Business Analysts) to understand business requirements, business/customer impact, and drive design of new or improved capabilities and processes of high complexity. Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members to set an example of software systems design and development innovation and excellenceKnowledge & Skills- High: Extensive cross-functional/cross-organizational senior management interface; deals with complex strategic issues- Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
