The rationale behind it is to offer these accounts a superior customer experience, consistent across the globe.Fully Integrated to this sales team, you will support more specifically the Sales execution manager in re-enforcing this global ecosystem and running the governance around it. More specifically:You will help monitoring KPIs (customer satisfaction, delivery time..) across the globe, , coordinating action plans with various organizations in the global ecosystem (Sales operation, Supply chain, Credit and collection,  services,  Marketing…) to secure the focus and performance when supporting top strategic global account.You will also focus on new business opportunities (new product segment from HP, or Alliance with vendors of product that can complement our offer) to secure that we turn strategy in success by monitoring the adoption of these initiatives at account level. You will also drive some improvement plan with these organizations (agreeing on the key action plan and monitoring progress).Who you are?Master Degree student in Economics, Finance, Sales or Business AdministrationYou speak fluently English (French as second language is a plus)You demonstrate a true willingness to learn & ramp up in a new environment.You are curious, very well structured & organizedYou have strong communication and presentation skillsYou master remote working tools (Zoom, Teams ) and you are ableYou master PowerPoint & Excel at an advanced level (including pivot table, Vlook up and ideally macro), MS Power BI will be considered a strong + but not a must.Why joining HP France?At HP France, you will be immersed in an inspiring workplace where all our people love to be, collaborate well together and where they can learn, grow and develop professionally as well as personally.
