Our focus includes improving UX, performance, accessibility, and maintainability of the Tabular UI and associated backend services, which are integral components used across nearly all Workday products, collectively rendering over 20 billion times per month.About the RoleYou will operate where business meets technology. You will contribute to the strategic direction of your team, plan the route forward and coordinate with a multitude of people and teams across the business.You will act as the glue between our developers, designers and quality teams to deliver features that are used daily by millions of users worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a particular flair for Platform Product Management, and be comfortable with the technical and data-driven aspects of building great software.Together, we will co-create a strategy built on multiple inputs and devise a clear set of outcomes for the team to achieve. Influencing and building consensus within leadership and our partner teams will be paramount. To deliver, you will work with the engineering team and other Product Managers to break down the plans into refined features.
