You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies, perform audits and assessments, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a high level of compliance.Reporting to the Razer Gold Head of Risk & Compliance, you will work closely with respective licensed market Compliance officers and our Razer Gold Operations teams.Regulatory Compliance:Working with country MLRO to stay up-to-date with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.Assess the organization's operations, processes, and documentation for compliance.Compliance Audits and Assessments:Plan and conduct compliance audits and assessments.Analyze audit findings and develop reports highlighting areas of non-compliance.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance issues.Assist in the development and revision of compliance policies and procedures.Training and Education:Assist in the development and revision of compliance training materials.Foster a culture of compliance by promoting awareness and understanding.Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Maintenance of compliance risks and vulnerabilities.Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies.Monitor and track the progress of risk mitigation efforts.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and QA findings.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory authorities.Continuous Improvement:Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance compliance effectiveness.Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into compliance efforts.Pre-Requisites :Are you game?
