If you feel at home in the world of email campaigns, possess a creative writing flair, and have a passion for a diverse range of music, theater, and sports topics, then you might be the perfect fit for us!WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGYou will be responsible for planning, implementing, and sending B2C and B2B email campaigns in Germany & Austria, including segmenting target audiences.Reporting campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, derive actionable insights, and develop strategies for optimization.Craft creative and engaging copy for our emails across a variety of subject areas.Maintain and analyze our customer database, ensuring compliance with GDPR.Take on the strategic responsibility for CRM in the Central European region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic) and offer consultative support.Provide support and advice to event promoters and partners on CRM-related matters and products, this includes multiple stakeholders across the businessManage automated marketing and customer service email journeys.Maintain regular communication with our CRM colleagues in other Ticketmaster markets worldwide to exchange experiences and best practices.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)3+ years of experience in CRM / newsletter marketing.Hold a University degree with a focus on Marketing, Communication, or Music, or have a comparable qualification.Flawless in German spelling and grammar, as well as fluent in EnglishFirst-hand experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Looker Studio, and/or the music or live entertainment industry is a plus.YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)Passion for music, culture, and live entertainment, demonstrating interest, enjoyment, and knowledge across a broad range of topics, genres, and subcultures.Creative mindset with a passion for writing and an eye for design.Work meticulously, with attention to detail and structure.
