The Retail Online team is looking for a Program Manager to lead readiness activities for the Online Store. The Retail Readiness organization is responsible for planning and implementing business strategy, and supporting readiness for customer experience initiatives. Our team is also responsible for promotion and campaign readiness across the Apple.com/shop, Apple Store App & five additional digital customer platforms across 39 countries. We take pride in Surprise and Delight moments for our customers and our goal is to provide an outstanding customer experience. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5-8+ years experience and knowledge of multiple subject areas: product online, merchandising, sales, supply chain, capacity planning, and logistics preferred Experience working cross functionally across a highly matrixed organization Strong focus on problem solving and has the ability to identify and implement scalable solutions Sharp eye for details with a “hands-on” and continuous improvement attitude to identify inefficiencies and design improvement processes Excellent presentation, analytical savvy, and proficiency in managing large data sets Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities Description Description - Responsible for Program Management from conceptualization all the way to launch.
- Drive plan of record for all key work streams - including commercial, product operations, marketing and retail operations.
- Effectively manage alignment and communication between partners, subject matter experts, and other internal groups.
- Build a deep understanding of multi-function promotions processes, across Retail, Operations and IS&T.
- Project Management to bring all work streams together
- Analyze risk and develop risk mitigation plans, and provide weekly readiness updates
- Support decisions with robust business justification
- Drive post operations and process improvement activities after every major promotion or campaign Education & Experience Education & Experience - BS/BA degree preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
