Provide technical support for internal desktop systems, ensuring maximum uptime Be a liaison between IT and business groups Support infrastructure teams with server and network issues Respond to Helpdesk requests, assess severity levels, and maintain documentation Participate in IT projects and communicates innovative technology Audits and monitors local networks, maintains backup systems Install PCs using standard processes and coordinates data transfer May be part of a global support team, on-call during specific times Role involves Level 1/1.5 technical support for end-users, focusing on productivity and network issues Design, install, and maintain data pipelines, collaborates with data teams Ensure software quality as a Software Engineer in Test Streamlines software delivery, automates builds, and troubleshoots SRE role upholds system reliability and scalability, collaborating with teams Develop high-quality software solutions, collaborate with teams Apprentice Network Engineer focuses on network installation, security, and monitoring Assist release specialists, coordinate change tickets, and follow best practices Familiarity with OOP, DBMS, SDLC, and IT infrastructure concepts Technical skills: IT Troubleshooting and Support, Sign-On (SSO), PC troubleshooting, iOS support, Azure AD Test Automation and Development: writing test cases, learning to modern technologies.
