Job Requisition ID #23WD73677Description for Target Account Sales Executive, AEC PortugalJob DescriptionPosition OverviewThe Target Account Sales Executive (TASE) expands new business and renewals in important accounts to meet financial goals. This role is assigned a sales quota, and performance is measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets through up-selling, add-on sales, and cross-selling. You will report into a Territory Sales Leader and you will collaborate with our Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, Account-based Marketing, and Autodesk Field Sales.ResponsibilitiesYou will create new business by creatively expanding existing accountsYou will Manage renewals in main accountsYou will evaluate and prepare business plans for each assigned account, assessing the customer profile, creating value messaging, and targeting important steps needed to build the account plansYou will develop important relationships within the account, including Main Executives, and translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique value.You will ensure that our team delivers Value to the Account(s), builds an Account Business plan, executes upon the plan, builds, maintains, and grows opportunity pipeline within Account(s), uses sound call planning to achieve our goals, and improves in moving.Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisorYou will manage accounts through the entire sales process; work as an outside field sales representative, physically present at customer locations for business development, prospecting, and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales supportYou will deliver an accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast of businessYou will collaborate with channel partners to understand their business, creatively adopt programs to increase new revenue, and expand partner relationshipsYou will reach out and provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry and strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvementYou will negotiate deals and contracts at multiple levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on "C" and enterprise level negotiationsYou will sell complex service engagements and creatively seek alternative solutionsYou will be a Trusted Adviser for customers and identify win/win situationsYou will assist customers and us in developing success reference storiesMinimum QualificationsHave a sales track record carrying a quota in a direct led mid-market sales environment offering complex business solutionsAccount planning experience (TAS, Value-Based Selling)Demonstrate executive selling and relationship experienceHave a track record in growing global accountsPrevious channel sales experiencePortuguese native speaker, Fluent in English language skillArchitecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry experience would be advantageousMinimum of 6 years of experienceWork PlacePosition based in Portugal – Preferred Lisbon or Oporto– homework based contractLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
